    Fred Disney

    Founder

    Fred has worked in Texas real estate for more than fifty years. He closed the largest land transaction in Tarrant County history in 1974 and has since advised banks, schools, churches, and healthcare systems on their real estate decisions. He has held an active Texas real estate license since 1971 and is a longstanding member of the Urban Land Institute and the Greater Fort Worth Board of Realtors.

    George Montague

    Designated Broker

    George spent over twenty years as Vice President of Real Estate at Cook Children's Health Care System, where he built and led the real estate group and oversaw the acquisition and development of more than eighty facilities. Earlier, he spent nine years in commercial banking and nine with a real estate investment firm, leading the acquisition of 100,000-plus acres in southern Colorado. He holds degrees from UT Austin and the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU.

    Andrew Disney

    Principal

    Andrew leads Westbrook's brokerage and development work alongside his father — from Aledo River and Bailey Ranch to land transactions across Parker and Tarrant counties. With his wife, Stephanie, he is also co-founder of Land & Story, where they develop both the real and the imagined: land and stories alike, including his own work as a screenwriter and director for film and television. He holds an active Texas real estate license (TREC #797708).
