Westbrook develops as a principal, with our own capital in every deal. We are looking for partners who want to build with us: investors who back our projects as limited partners, and landowners ready to develop their ground in a joint venture rather than simply sell it.

When we develop, our own capital is in the deal. We weigh the same risks we would ask any partner to weigh, and we answer for how it turns out. It is the surest way we know to keep our advice honest.

Our work runs from raw land to finished building — master-planned communities, residential neighborhoods, and the commercial and industrial space a growing town needs, in Fort Worth and Aledo.

Every project starts as a plan like this one — grading, drainage, and phasing worked out before a shovel moves — and we stay with it all the way to the last building delivered.

    A residential community within Bailey Ranch, the ~900-acre Aledo community Westbrook has helped steer since 1998. Here we are the developer — handling planning, entitlement, infrastructure, and lot sales. Now nearing completion: thirty-five homesites of two acres and up along Jenkins Road, with Phase Two underway. Aledo River will host the 2026 Fort Worth Dream Home.
